How are metro Atlanta artists doing during The Pandemic?

This blog contains the results of a survey sent to artists in the metro region of Atlanta that measured how the Pandemic impacted artists’ ability to work. Our first survey focused more on financial loss. This survey focused on business interruption aid, access to aid, and how artists currently feel about their futures in the creative sector.

This survey is modeled off of another survey by Mid-America Arts Alliance of mid-western arts organizations. We previously used their survey as a model in order to compare data between our two regions in our initial survey sent out in April. We want to thank the City of Atlanta, Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs, Dekalb Entertainment Commission and others who helped us get this survey out to the artists in our region.
