In downtown Atlanta, the Fuse Arts Center is located in the historic M Rich Building. Fuse Arts Center features exposed brick and high ceilings in an inspiring and creative setting for your workshops and meetings.  The Fuse Arts Center offers affordable conference room space for Atlanta artists to teaching and creating art. Payment & Refund Policies
The Fuse Arts Center conference room and workshop space are available on a first-deposit, first-serve basis. A 50% deposit and signed agreement are required to hold the space, with the remaining balance due 72 hours in advance. Payments for multi-day workshops can be arranged in up to three payments.

Deposits are non-refundable even in the event the entire booking is cancelled. Remaining payments are non-refundable after the due date for each said payment.

Scheduling & Booking Policies
Minimum booking time is two hours. Times may be booked only on the hour and half-hour. C4 Atlanta does not offer credits or refunds for any unused time.

No early access is allowed into the space for setup. All cleanup and breakdown activities must be completed, and space must be vacated by the end time indicated on your agreement. All setup and cleanup time must be included in the booking hours.

Facility Rules
Client is responsible for leaving the Fuse Arts Center in a clean state at the end of the booking period. All tables and chairs must be placed in their designated spots before the client vacates the space. Client is also responsible for the repair and/or replacement in case of damages to the facility, furniture, equipment or furnishings.

The black desks in the space are reserved for Fuse Arts Center desk members. Client is responsible for ensuring that the black desks are left untouched.

Chairs and tables are available for client use. Any use or configuration of this furniture must be coordinated with C4 Atlanta staff ahead of time.

Client may use television only with written approval from C4 Atlanta.

For conference room rentals, client may only use dry erase markers on the dry erase board, not permanent markers.

The Fuse Arts Center is a drug-free and non-smoking facility at all times. There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on premises. Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion. Client and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of C4 Atlanta staff shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases no refund of any fees shall be made.

Alcohol sales are prohibited at all times at the Fuse Arts Center. Client may not consume or serve alcohol at the Fuse Arts Center without written approval from C4 Atlanta.

Client may not make any alterations, repairs or improvements to the Fuse Arts Center without written approval from C4 Atlanta. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on the walls, floors or resources provided. Client may not affix anything to the walls, doors or other parts of the building by any means without written approval from C4 Atlanta. Any tape or gummed backing materials must have approval prior to the workshop or meeting, and must be properly removed by the end of each booking period.

No glitter, foil, or paper confetti is allowed on site.
