Do you want to vote by mail in Georgia?

You can now send your absentee ballot application 100% online.

Why this is important?

Voting absentee by mail just got a whole lot easier in Georgia. A new online voter portal was recently created to allow Georgians to submit their Absentee Ballot Application 100% online.

Utilizing the online system, you do not need to send your application by mail or email to your local county election registrar’s office. Instead, the system will automatically send your application to the appropriate county where you are registered. It also creates a PDF hard copy of your application, and the user receives a receipt that their application has been received.

You must have a Georgia Driver’s License or State ID in order to use the online system. This allows you to bypass needing a signature to send in your application.

The system is currently only available for the November 3, 2020 election. For the September 29, 2020 special election, please use the fillable form here and send to your local county elections office by mail or email. What you can do

If you would like to vote by mail for the November 3, 2020 election, click the link below to send your Georgia Absentee Ballot Application using the new online portal.

Sorry, this system is only available for registered Georgia voters.

Georgia County Elections Offices will begin sending out absentee ballots by mail beginning September 15, 2020. Absentee Ballot Applications must be received no later than October 30, 2020. However, it is suggested that you send your Absentee Ballot Application as early as possible to avoid any delays in receiving your mailed ballot before Election Day.

Why is C4 sharing this?

C4 Atlanta believes in the power of artists to change and create the communities in which we wish to live and thrive. Artists have power in numbers, and statistically, artists vote. In 2020, with a 64% unemployment rate in our industry, it is important, now more than ever, that artists use their voting power to help select elected officials that support the ideals which they believe can best help them to grow and thrive in our city. C4 Atlanta is a 501(C)3 organization. We do not support any candidate or party, but we do encourage every artist to utilize your power as a voter to support candidates and policies that align with your personal values and career goals, whatever those may be.
