PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Full payment is required to reserve a spot and guarantee enrollment in all classes and workshops offered by C4 Atlanta. Credit Card payments may be made online through the registration form.
Checks should be made out to C4 Atlanta, PO Box 170319, Atlanta, GA 30317. Payment must be received before the first class session.
Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your enrollment, without penalty, by notifying C4 Atlanta, in writing (via written letter or email), at least 10 days prior to the first class session.
If we receive your notification at least 10 days prior to the first class session, we will refund 100% of the tuition, minus a $10 administrative fee; or we will offer 100% of the tuition as credit toward a future C4 Atlanta class to be used within the following three months.
If you cancel your enrollment less than 10 days prior to the first class session, you will receive a 50% refund of the cost of tuition; or we will offer 50% of the tuition as credit toward a future C4 Atlanta class to be used within the following three months.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the first class session, C4 Atlanta will not offer any refunds.
C4 Atlanta reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment. We will notify you in case of a cancellation and we will refund 100% of your class fee.
Membership fees are not refundable under any circumstances. The refund policy described in the above paragraphs is non-inclusive of membership fees.
