Making It Happen: The Art of Project Management is a three-hour pop-up workshop for artists workers aimed to help creatives manage time and resources for creative projects more efficiently. Led by Celeste Debro of TAP Network, this program will focus on both tools and strategies that can aid artists with complex art projects and collaborations. Artists will explore:
- Clarifying what artists want to achieve and what they need to do in order to make it happen
- Generating consistent attention for your work over time through marketing.
- Mitigating strengths and weaknesses through teaming arrangements
Time management and organizational infrastructure that can support project success.
